Hynix will invest in building a semiconductor post-processing plant

According to South Korean media reports, Hynix Semiconductor said today that it will establish a joint venture with Wuxi Industrial Development Group Co., Ltd. in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province, to establish a semiconductor post-processing plant. In order to expand the liquidity of funds and improve the financial structure, Hynix sold the local Chinese factory and some domestic post-processing plants to the joint venture for US$300 million (about 2.04 billion yuan).
